Tanzanian novelist.
Peter Palangyo (1939-1993) was born in Arusha and educated locally, and later in Uganda and the USA. A biologist by training, he discovered a penchant for literature while studying in Minnesota. When he retuned to Tanzania in 972 he taught at the University of Dar es Salaam. .... He died in a road accident on 18 Jan 1993.
